What if you can’t make it after all?
For any changes or cancellations please email us at email@example.com as soon as you know you need to cancel.
- Within 48 hours of registering: Let us know right away, and we’ll refund 100% of your payment.
- More than 8 calendar weeks in advance: We’ll 100% refund minus a 150 EUR (130 GBP, 170 USD) administration fee and any applicable transfer or currency exchange costs held by 3rd parties (banks, Eventbrite, PayPal, etc).
- Less than 8 weeks but more than 2 weeks in advance: Will receive a 50% refund.
- Within the last 2 weeks before an event: Sorry, there are no refunds for cancellations this close to the event.
- In the case of the event being cancelled beyond the control of the organisers: All registrants will receive a 100% refund of the conference fees that have been already paid to the organisers. The organisers are not responsible for the refund of any other travel, incidental, or accommodation expenses.
Changes and substitutions
- Substitutions may be made up to the day before the start date of the event. Unfortunately, you can’t split the registration with others. To send someone in your place just email the person’s name and contact information we’ll take it from there.
- For conferences: the conference organisers reserve the right to change the published conference programme at any time.
- For workshops, training and seminars, published outlines may be subject to minor change, but will never be changed to remove agreed content after a registration has been taken without the prior arrangements and agreements with registrants.
For events and general registrations
- Your data will not be sold to third parties, but Urbina Consulting, sponsors and organisers of the event you are registering for may get in touch about future events, offers, and/or to solicit feedback. All our emails will have an “unsubscribe” option. If you are still not agreed with this condition, please do not register for our events.
