Background
Noz Urbina has been in structured content and omnichannel experience design since the early 2000. He had the fortune to work alongside and learn from the people building the standards that underpin artificial intelligence and the modern web since just after leaving university.
In 2013 he founded Urbina Consulting, whose international team works with the world’s largest organisations and most complex content challenges. Together they assist brands developing or improving their content strategies, doing user research, managing tool selections, delivering training, and guiding implementations. Past clients include Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi Vaccines, National Geographic Society, IKEA, Mastercard, Barclays Bank, Roche Pharmaceuticals, and many more.
As co-founder and Programme Director of OmnichannelX, Noz leads sessions and workshops on content strategy, design, governance, and systems.
Beyond consulting, Noz shares his expertise as a published author, book contributor, and PhD tutor in the Master’s Programme in Content Strategy at the University of Applied Sciences of Graz, Austria.
In 2024, Noz launched TruthCollapse.com to foster discussion and community around an effort to combat algorithmically-powered degradation of our sense of internal stability as individuals and societies.
